By downloading, installing, or using the ORIN mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
ORIN is a service marketplace platform operated by Orin City Services Ltd (registered in England and Wales). The App connects customers with local service providers and healthcare professionals.
You must be at least 18 years old to use ORIN. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account at hello@or-in.co.uk.
By registering on ORIN, you consent to receive SMS messages including appointment reminders, verification codes, and emergency alerts. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or through the App's notification settings. Standard message and data rates may apply.
ORIN uses an escrow payment system. Funds are held securely until a job or booking is completed. A platform service fee applies to transactions. All payments are processed via Stripe.
ORIN connects customers with independent service providers. We do not employ service providers and are not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of services rendered. Users are encouraged to review ratings and credentials before booking.
All content, trademarks, and technology within ORIN are the property of Orin City Services Ltd. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the App without prior written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orin City Services Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
